Refund Policy

Effective Date:  May 31, 2026

At High Country Drone Services, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality drone services. Due to the time, planning, travel, and resources required for each project, the following refund policy applies.

Deposits

Projects may require a deposit to reserve a date and time for service.

  • Deposits are refundable if the client cancels at least 7 days before the scheduled service date.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date.

  • Any exceptions will be determined at the sole discretion of High Country Drone Services.

Client Cancellations

If a client cancels a project:

  • More than 7 days before the scheduled service: Full refund of any payments made, less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred.

  • Within 7 days of the scheduled service: Deposit may be forfeited.

  • After services have been performed: No refunds will be issued.

Weather and Safety Delays

Drone operations are subject to weather conditions, airspace restrictions, and safety requirements.

If a project must be postponed due to:

  • Unsafe weather conditions

  • Airspace restrictions

  • Equipment issues

  • FAA or regulatory requirements

  • Other safety concerns

 

Clients may choose to:

  • Reschedule the service at no additional charge, or

  • Receive a full refund of any prepaid service fees if a new date cannot be agreed upon.

Completed Services

Once drone operations have been completed and deliverables have been provided, refunds will not be issued.

 

The quality or artistic style of photographs, videos, editing, or other deliverables is subjective and does not qualify for a refund when services have been performed according to the agreed scope of work.

Client Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your deliverables. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and, when appropriate, provide corrections or revisions consistent with the original project scope.

Special Projects

Custom projects, emergency response services, search and rescue support, training sessions, and specialty drone operations may be subject to separate refund terms outlined in a written agreement.
